What is your jewelry made of?
All jumprings and fastenings are made out of 316L stainless steel. Any charms are 314 stainless steel, both of which are water resistant and tarnish free!
Who makes your jewelry?
Our jewelry is designed and manufactured by hand by one person, our founder Meagan Ceballos.
How do I clean and maintain my jewelry?
Since all Premorte jewelry is waterproof and tarnish resistant, cleaning and maintaining your pieces is easy!
Step 1: Get a bowl.
Step 2: Add a few drops of dish soap and some water and mix.
Step 3: Put jewelry in the bowl and lather with soapy water.
Step 4: Let dry and enjoy your jewelry as new!
How do I request an adjustment?
Email premorte@gmail.com describing the adjustment that needs to be made. Once described, shipping details will be shared to send the jewelry back to us. Adjustments should be complete with 7-10 days of receiving the shipment and will be mailed back to you.
*Shipping to Premorte for adjustments will cost standard rate of customer's location. Shipping back to customer is free.*
